  摘要:本文将光纤布拉格光栅作为完全分布式温度传感器,应用在肿瘤裸鼠动物模型的激光热疗实验中,构建了一套带有实时温度监控的热疗系统。该系统能够实时获取光纤布拉格光栅的反射谱,通过反演程序计算,得到沿光栅轴向的温度场分布,再反馈控制输入激光的功率大小,将肿瘤边界的温度始终维持在设定的温度。实验结果表明,经过激光热疗后,有效抑制了实验裸鼠的肿瘤生长。

  Laser thermotherapy experiments on nude mice tumor model with FBG temperature measurement

  Abstract: In this paper, fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is used as a fully distributed temperature sensor in laser thermotherapy. We bult a thermotherapy system with temperature measurement and control. This system can measure the FBG axial temperature distribution accurately by aquiring FBG reflection spectra in real time and calculating with spectra inversion program. With this

  feedback, control temperature of tumor boundary at a certain value can be realized by varying power of laser. The experimental results show that after laser thermotherapy, the growth of tumors in nude mice have been inhibited effectively.
